On August 30, 2019, Premier Parking officially became an operator in the Salt Lake City market! As one of the youngest operators in the parking industry, Premier will integrate well into the new market known for having one of the youngest populations in the U.S. (a match made in parking heaven). All jokes aside, with the expansion into the new market, Premier strives to offer a seamless parking experience for the residents and visitors of the Salt Lake City area.

Premier entered the SLC market after being awarded the management contract for two locations, both consisting of a garage and surface lot. They’re both well-kept facilities located in the heart of the city:

  • Tower 250 is a prominent 16-story office building in the CBD. Built in 1984, it includes a freestanding 568-stall parking garage and a 28 space surface lot. The building is in a walkable location two blocks east of the CBD’s ‘main and main’ intersection with convenient access to mass transit / light rail and unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains.
  • City Centre is a 236,259 square feet, ten-story, class A office building located in the heart of Salt Lake City’s central business district. It offers a combined total of 467 parking spaces between a garage and surface lot, 214 and 253 spaces respectively.
