Premier Parking has been awarded two new parking management contracts in the city of Austin, Texas. Collectively adding over 1,000 spaces to the company’s portfolio, Premier has now reached new milestones in the Austin market: 32 locations and space count of 10,000!
Lavaca Plaza is a 119,000+ SF Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Austin. In close proximity to City Hall, Congress Avenue, and Austin’s 4th and 6th Street entertainment districts; its panoramic views of downtown, and its Class A improvements (including a Sky Lounge with wifi and break-out areas), offers something to everyone.
Located at 504 Lavaca Street, Lavaca Plaza is a LEED Gold Certified building. It’s structured parking facility, which Premier Parking began managing in July 2017, consists of 514 stalls.
The massive Art Deco-inspired Seaholm Power Plant in downtown Austin has been captivating both locals and visitors for years. Redeveloped in 2015, the completion of retail, office, public outdoor spaces, and a 280-unit residential condo tower are the finishing touches to this innovative 200,000 SF project that groups like Trader Joe’s and True Food Kitchen call home.
Premier commenced management and operation of the 505-stall parking garage at Seaholm Power Plant on July 1st.
