Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Premier Parking has been committed to adapting our services to best serve our clients in the combat of the spread. Since the beginning of the government shutdowns, Premier Parking’s healthcare division, Premier Care, has hired over 200 individuals as COVID-19 Screeners at more than 20 healthcare facilities, including the Integris portfolio in Oklahoma City where Premier’s screener services have been enlisted to support 12 of their facility’s safety and sanitation policies and protocols. Premier has several more screener positions already scheduled to commence this month.

Our COVID-19 screening services are now available to deploy across the country and offer 24/7 protection of all facility entrances. Screeners’ responsibilities include asking specific COVID-19 related questions and utilizing touchless thermometers to greatly decrease the likelihood of individuals who display symptoms or may have been exposed to COVID-19 from entering facilities and spreading. All screeners are equipped with masks, disposable gloves, wipes and hand sanitizer. Some screeners may utilize plexiglass sneeze shields or eye coverings for an extra level of protection. Screeners are required to screen themselves and take their temperature before arriving to each shift.

The goals of this service are to: 1) Protect the health and well-being of our clients, their staff, patients and visitors; 2) promote best practices to reduce the potential for illness and infection from ever entering each facility; and 3) drive continuity of operations for our partners’ facilities, aimed at achieving our overall business objectives, while keeping in line with policies of each facility we serve and governmental regulatory agencies.

“We feel fortunate that we have the ability to use our resources to create new job opportunities and positions to best serve our clients and their patients. In a short time, our screeners have already made a big impact in the fight against COVID-19. We will continue to find ways to adapt our business as the environment changes throughout the course of this pandemic,” expressed CEO, Ryan Hunt.
