Premier Parking, in conjunction with Cornerstone Commercial has been awarded the parking management contract for the Baker Donelson garage in downtown Nashville. Located across from the AT&T building on Commerce St and 3rd Ave., the Baker Donelson building has been a landmark for downtown Nashville since 2000 and was the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified multi-tenant building. The underground garage is position behind the Baker Donelson building and can be accessed from 3rd Ave. Premier will begin parking management services will on April 30, 2012.
The garage will offer monthly and daily parking, as well as parking for special events. Visitors will have easy access to the 2nd Ave. shopping district and a variety of restaurants. Parking at the Baker Donelson Center is also a few short steps from the many attractions located off historic Broadway. For those attending concerts at the Ryman Auditorium or in need of parking for a Nashville Predators game, the new Premier Parking facility is located only a couple blocks away. The garage is also centrally located in the heart of the business district and is a favorable parking option for commuters and out-of-town business travelers.
“The Baker Donelson garage could not be located in a better spot,” stated senior manager Chase Oeser. “We are always competing to add more locations that will help us cater to all the different types of people that come downtown. A lot of people visit this area for a variety of reasons; we want to offer visitors a level of service that is indicative of the downtown Nashville community.”
Since opening their first lot in 2001 Premier Parking has striven to offer parking management services with focus on community and customer service. A member of the National Parking Association Better Business Bureau, Premier Parking also provides parking design and consultation services, as well as parking management for office buildings, retail space and special events.
