Premier Parking is excited to announce its expansion into Florida on May 16, 2016 when operations commenced at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola. West Florida Hospital (WFH) is rated as one of the top 100 hospitals in the country and is owned by Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).

Valet Service is being offered at the main and emergency entrance. Greeter services are also offered at both entrances under a pilot program that was designed to enhance the patient and visitor experience. Due to sub-par service HCA did not feel their current parking vendor could take the valet and greeter service to next level, so this created an opportunity for Premier Parking to acquire a new account.

When deciding on the person to lead the day to day operations Premier decided to go outside of its current staff and hired John Burnett. John lives in Pensacola and brings 15-years of experience to the job with a background in Hospitality and Commercial Parking.

With only 2-weeks to get everything up and running, it was a little hectic getting ready for opening day. On opening day with the help of Roz Stevens and Jessica Hardy from Knoxville, John Burnett stepped up and had all the positions covered from open to close. By the 3rd and 4th day everything had come together and was running like a finely tuned machine.

Congratulations to the Premier team on breaking into its 17th city and to John Burnett for joining the team!

Below are some pictures that were taken during the first week of operation.
