Endeavor Real Estate Group has awarded Premier Parking the parking management contract for three office towers in Austin, Texas. Beginning July 1, 2016, Premier Parking will be managing the parking operations at 300 West Sixth, Frost Bank Tower, and One American Center – a combined total of 3,591 parking spaces.

300 West Sixth is a prominent architectural masterpiece surrounded by all three major dining and entertainment districts in downtown Austin. The 454,255 SF, 23 floor Class A office tower is LEED Gold Certified energy efficient with high performance glass and elevators, and has a high parking ratio for the 1,260 parking spaces.

Frost Bank Tower has a modern art deco design and is located right in the center of business and geographical center of downtown Austin. The 535,078 SF Class A office tower sits 33 stories tall and is a distinct silhouette in the Austin skyline.  The onsite parking garage consists of 1,460 spaces.

One American Center is a 32-story Class A office tower consisting of 503,951 SF of rentable building area, located at 600 Congress Avenue. Another prominent feature of the Austin skyline, this building is surrounded by many of downtown Austin’s most popular cafes, restaurants, fine and casual dining spots and art museums.  The office tower’s parking garage consists of 871 spaces.

Premier’s partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group began in September 2015 when Premier began operating the property acquired in Endeavor’s first Nashville land purchase (the old Nelson Mazda dealership site located at the corner of 12th Ave. North and Broadway) as a paid public parking lot.

The expansion of this partnership has resulted in Austin, TX becoming Premier’s second largest market portfolio.
