Premier Parking has recently been awarded the parking management services for the lots located around the Masonic Temple Association (MTA) building in downtown Knoxville, Tenn.  With this expansion the parking management company hopes to improve the overall parking experience for visitors and residents in the Knoxville downtown area.  The new lot is conveniently located in a high traffic region of Knoxville and provides access to a variety of attractions and businesses.

“The MTA parking areas are going to be an excellent addition to our Knoxville portfolio,” stated Premier Parking Regional Manager Zac Boyd.  “We have already added some great improvements to our other parking facilities in Knoxville and look forward to doing the same with this new location.”

The two surface lots can be found at 505 Locust Street and 625 Clinch Avenue, bringing the total number of Premier Parking facilities located in downtown Knoxville to eight.  Boyd added, “We are excited about our continued growth in Knoxville and remain committed to providing the best possible service to customers while providing greater returns on investments to our clients.”

The lot will provide monthly parking services to employees of local area businesses and also facilitate the day-to-day parking needs of Daylight Building and YMCA members and guests.  In addition, the MTA parking lots will increase the number of parking spaces for visitors to the University of Tennessee Conference Center and Knoxville Convention Center.  Visitors and fans will also be able to find parking for University of Tennessee football games and other events held in downtown Knoxville or near the college campus.

Premier Parking is quickly expanding their parking services in the Knoxville area.  With a focus on the customer’s needs, they offer professional parking management for a variety of situations.  Other services include: lot surface maintenance, parking for commercial and residential buildings, special events, and parking facility design/management consultation.
