Premier Parking is pleased to announce that operations have commenced at The Moxy Hotel located at 240 Josephine St. in the Cherry Creek area of Denver, CO. Cherry Creek is well known for being a luxury retail and dining destination. The area is filled with impressive boutiques, art galleries, retailers, and luxury hotels. The boutique style hotel, by Marriott, will officially open its doors in mid November, 2017. The Moxy is a 170-room hotel with 1,200 square feet of meeting space. The 2 story underground parking garage consists of 120 stalls. To enhance the valet operation and guest experience, Premier has chosen FlashParking to utilize for the Valet Parking software. FlashParking, based in Austin, TX and now known as one of the parking industry’s most innovative PARCS providers.

The Moxy was developed by BMC Investments and managed by Vision Hospitality Group, an existing client of Premier’s based out of Chattanooga, TN. BMC Investments is a real estate investment company specializing in the development, acquisition, redevelopment and, ultimately, disposition of different uses of properties throughout the United States. Vision Hospitality is a family-owned and operated company that owns and manages select and full service hotels affiliated with the Marriott, Hilton, and Intercontinental Brands. The Moxy is the second hotel for Premier under Vision’s management and first under BMC Investments.

Premier was awarded the Valet Parking contract for the Moxy and is their first account in Denver, CO. Premier now operates in 31 cities and 16 states nationwide.
