Over the last decade Nashville’s skyline has been drastically changing with various new developments. Visitors will soon be able to enjoy premier shopping, world-class dining and more live music while taking in the views of downtown and historic Lower Broadway, thanks to the upcoming Brookfield Properties’ Fifth + Broadway development, and the team at Premier Parking is proud to share that they have become the official parking manager for Nashville’s hottest new project.

No doubt, Fifth + Broadway is the first-of-its-kind in the downtown Nashville market – one of the largest mixed-use developments in the city consisting of; 380 residential units spanning across 34-stories; 200,000 square feet of retail space that will soon be home to various restaurants, shops, live music, the National Museum of African American Music and more; and a 24-story office tower. Fifth + Broadway’s apartment tower, The Place, is open to residents and its office tower, 501 Commerce, began first tenant move-ins in September. Retail and entertainment are scheduled to open in Spring 2021.

Premier’s involvement with the project began very early on in the development process with VP of Design and Consulting and parking industry veteran of 30 years, Bob Chapman. Chapman worked closely with ownership and the project’s design and engineering teams of Fifth + Broadway to provide parking input in regard to financial feasibility, functional and facility design, PARCS technology, space guidance system, traffic direction and pedestrian wayfinding for this complex parking facility. The early-on engagement of Premier produces more efficient parking operations and better customer service for residents, tenants, and visitors of Fifth + Broadway and its many attractions.

Onsite, Premier Parking is responsible for managing the project’s three parking garages consisting of 2,140 spaces, providing valet services for both office and residential units, and is also providing COVID-19 screening services at the site to promote health and safety standards and guidelines to protect the tenants and guests of the highly esteemed development.
