Premier Parking is thrilled to announce the promotion of Deanna Lazarus to Vice President of Human Resources! Deanna joined the Premier Parking team in June 2018 as the Director of Talent Acquisition and over the course of the last three and half years, she has proven herself to be a valuable resource in screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for Premier’s locations across the country.
Not content with just the traditional methods of recruiting new talent, Deanna has been purposeful and innovative in her approach to attracting new employees. LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor and hiring events are just some of the ways that Lazarus has used every tool at her disposal to elevate Premier’s recruiting and hiring process. During her time as Director of Talent Acquisition, she was able to centralize the recruiting process across the company and was also able to decrease recruiting outsourcing spend by 50%.
Her success stems from her people-orientated mindset and problem-solving abilities. She previously led a team of four employees and will now oversee more than ten employees both on the Talent Acquisition and Human Recourses sides. Premier’s HR team consists of Regional HR Managers and HR Coordinators, as well as newly implemented roles like Learning and Development Manager and Benefits Director.
Deanna is excited about the opportunity to focus on internal growth opportunities within the company and also hopes to create more collaboration within the HR department. She is passionate about enhancing the overall experience for both employees and candidates and is excited for the opportunity to put some of her ideas into action as Vice President of HR.
