Premier Parking is happy to announce the winners of April’s Employee Spotlight Award winners!  This month’s rockstars are working out of our offices in OKC, Seattle, and Nashville.

From Oklahoma City, OK:  Tim Friar

Tim Friar works as an Operations Manager at Oklahoma University Medical Center, a very large and complex healthcare operation. Tim started with Premier on day 1 at OUMC and played a major role in the transition of that operation. I saw firsthand Tim’s tireless effort and dedication during the transition, and we would not have had such a successful start without his efforts! Johanna Geist nominated Tim for his servant leadership and teamwork. No task is above him. Even as an Operations Manager he will fix gates, pick up trash, and valet cars. We are truly grateful for Tim’s service and we are so lucky to have him as part of the Premier family!

From Detroit, MI: LaTeena Gordon

LaTeena Gordon is a cashier at the Detroit Medical Center and has been with the team since July of 2014. In that time, she has exemplified what it is to be a Premier team member. Despite working at one of the more challenging hospital locations, she always comes to work ready and with a smile on her face. Since her station is located inside the hospital and next to the information desk, she often will go above and beyond to assist guests with any questions or concerns, even when they are not parking related. She has familiarized herself with all of the locations within the hospital so she can better assist customers. LaTeena’s customer service is unparalleled and so appreciated at the DMC!

From Seattle, WA:  Eric Rose

Eric has been with us almost two years now and works maintenance at all Seattle locations. Eric was nominated by Bill Schrader, Account Manager, for always going above the call of duty. Recently he has stepped up to dedicating his time to training others and helping new employees learn the ins and outs of the various properties. Eric is known as a hard worker and a doer, who you will never hear a complaint from. Every time I visit Seattle I see Eric working harder than ever to ensure our success and keep our clients happy. I know that our local management team in Seattle think the world of Eric, and our operations would not be the same without him!

From Nashville, TN:  Ebram Ibrahim

Ebram has been with Premier for more than EIGHT years as an Auditor. Torrey Williams, Account Manager, nominated him for a variety of reasons, but they all center around his dedication and discipline to the Premier team. He issues, on average, 900 to 1000 valid tickets every month, which is by far the most tickets written by anyone in company history! He is a leader amongst his peers and can always be counted on by his management team. Even when he had a difficult time with transportation, he still managed to secure a vehicle in order to show up and complete the tasks at hand. Ebram has worked this hard without fail for his entire tenure with Premier, and I can’t imagine our enforcement department without him.

From Detroit, MI: Shrone Turner

Shrone Turner has been with Premier for two and a half years as Assistant Payroll Manager. In the absence of a HR Manager or Payroll Manager, Shrone has taken on leadership and HR responsibilities. Alex Mackenzie, Operations Manager at the Detroit Medical Center,  nominated Shrone for going above and beyond in her HR duties and taking care of the frontline staff. Shrone treats every member of the Premier team as her own family and makes the DMC a great place to work.

We had great participation this month, and it was incredibly difficult to select the winners after reading so many heartfelt and inspirational stories of members of the Premier family. I can honestly say that reading the nominations has motivated me to work harder than ever, so that Premier continues to create more opportunities for advancement and growth for our incredibly talented team members.  – Ryan Hunt, COO.
