Owen Sanford is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day success of each parking operation within the Central US markets as Divisional Vice President, providing management and oversight for over 200 locations, a team of over 20 managers of various levels, and the corporate office staff responsible for Customer Service and Premier’s 24/7 Remote Support staff. Her parking experience is vast, as she started her career with Premier as an event flagger in 2012 and worked her way up, through several promotions, to her current role as the Divisional Vice President for St. Louis, Memphis, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Nashville – Premier’s largest portfolio. Through her diligence and tenacity, Owen continues to thrive and exceed expectations, streamlining and implementing new procedures, providing unmatched client support, and improving operations at an intimate level.
Owen earned her Certified Parking Professional credentials through the National Parking Association in December of 2015, soon after becoming General Manager in June of 2016, the role most recently held by Owen before receiving her promotion to VP in January 2018. In 2017, Owen was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 industry leaders by the National Parking Association.
