Lisa Sprouse joined the Premier team in March of 2013 as a Corporate Accountant. After making significant improvements to various accounting procedures and functions, such as automating bank reconciliations and building enhanced financial statements and reports, she transitioned into a role that would allow her to make more of an impact. In January of 2015, after a period of executive level training and traveling to various cities to assist in the startup of new operations in other markets, Lisa became the first person in Premier Parking’s history to ever earn the role of Nashville General Manager.
As the General Manager of Premier’s largest portfolio, Lisa was responsible for overseeing nearly 150 operations, 20 managers, 15 enforcement officers, our local maintenance team, and our corporate customer service and monthly parking departments. During her time in this role, she made changes that drastically improved many of the company’s processes and increased productivity levels as they pertain to general management of operations and allocation of resources.
Lisa’s path of growth at Premier Parking continued to flourish as she developed skills in marketing and analytics, and in turn, she quickly became instrumental in all aspects of the company’s business development programs, propelling her into her current role as Vice President of Marketing. A key contributor to the overall success of the company, Lisa continues to revolutionize Premier’s marketing strategy through various projects such as the launch of the Premier Parking mobile app, redevelopment of the company website, custom signage programs, and enhancing our social media presence and overall company brand. Lisa is the first person to ever hold the title of Vice President – Marketing at Premier Parking, and is the first female executive in the company’s history.
Lisa is a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) – industry specific credentials earned through the National Parking Association. In 2016, she was named one of the National Parking Association’s Top 40 Under 40 leaders in the parking industry and was the recipient of the Brett Harwood Leadership Scholarship.Lisa is a member of International Parking Institute, Nashville Kiwanis Club, National Parking Association, Women In Parking, Nashville Downtown Partnership – Access and Transportation Committee, and Nashville Downtown Partnership – CBID Steering Committee. In 2018, she was become one of ten members of the NPA Education Committee, and was elected as co-chair of the NPA Young Leader Network.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, earned at Middle Tennessee State University, and an Associates of Science in Business and Commerce, earned at Volunteer State Community College. She currently resides in Nashville, TN with her husband and daughter.
