James Baker joined the Premier team in August of 2014 as an Assistant Night Manager in our company’s largest portfolio of Nashville, TN. His tenacity and no-excuses approach to his role led him to a series of promotions in Nashville: from Assistant Night Manager to Night Manager, to Account Manager, to Area Manager. In May of 2016, James was promoted, yet again, and relocated to St. Louis, where he served the top leadership role in the region as General Manager. Now, James serves as Regional Vice President of self-parking operations in the Midwest.

James was able to gain a wealth of knowledge by growing within Premier’s headquarters and strives to translate that same excellence into every operation he touches in Premier’s markets. His hands-on approach and attention to every detail has ensured continued success at every level of his career. His strongest attribute has always been his genuine, honest, and humble personality. His acquired parking knowledge, business background and extensive customer service training have made him an extremely successful operator and manager. He has a flawless client retention rate which he attributes to surrounding himself with the best and supplying them all the tools they need to be successful.

James earned his Certified Parking Professional credentials through the National Parking Association in 2016. Additionally in 2017, James was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 industry leaders by the National Parking Association.

James currently resides in Detroit, MI.

What is your favorite sports team?  Philadelphia Eagles

If you could have one superpower what would it be & why?  Teleportation because time is the most valuable asset. To instantly be somewhere would be nice.
